UGLY AMERICANS
Shut up, Brandon!
Biden lumps Japan with India, China, and Russia into a Basket of Xenophobics
The other day, American President Joe Biden lumped staunch U.S. ally Japan together with India, China, and Russia, calling all of these sovereign nations “xenophobic” because they do not dance to the self-destructive globalist tune of the current U.S. administration.
Biden made his highly offensive comments at a fundraiser in Washington, D.C.
“Why is China stalling so badly economically? Why is Japan having trouble? Why is Russia? Why is India? Because they’re xenophobic. They don’t want immigrants. Immigrants are what makes us strong. Not a joke. That’s not hyperbole, because we have an influx of workers who want to be here and just contribute.”
Shallow and Shortsighted
Though the Japanese government has yet to respond to Biden’s name-calling, SOAS University of London lecturer Satona Suzuki called Biden’s comments “inappropriate and wrong.” She said that blaming Japan’s economic woes on xenophobia was “shallow and shortsighted,” and that the U.S. grouping Japan with China and Russia is, “not the way to treat one of its closest allies.”
